*EASO membership is granted through national affiliation. Direct individual membership is not available; candidates must join a national association affiliated to EASO.
The services included in the participation fee are:
- Access to the scientific sessions.
- Certificate of participation with EMC credits. (For Romanians)
- Access to the medical exhibition
- Conference materials bag.**
- Meals provided by the organizers.
**Participants who register and pay the participation fee after September 30, 2025 , will receive event materials only while supplies last.
Fees are non-refundable!
SHORT ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The submission period for scientific papers in this section has ended, and no further submissions will be accepted. Authors will be notified by email about the acceptance of their papers and presentation details, no later than September 22, 2025.
For accepted papers, presenters who are 30 years old or younger on the day of the event will be exempt from the participation fee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LECTURERS:
Details regarding the procedure for submitting and uploading scientific papers will be sent via email by one of our organizing committee members.
